Embodied Self with Nichi Green

About Nichi
Most people know me through my yoga teaching and retreats, but my work as a therapist actually came first, at the age of 28. Around the same time, I became deeply immersed in yoga, and looking back, the two paths arrived together, shaping who I am in the world…
Upcoming Retreats

The above photo is the view from one of the houses we use.

This retreat has become very popular so do book your place early.
“Nichi’s retreats have been life changing for me. As a Type A, always on the go, never able to stop and switch off, Nichi has taught me the value in slowing down. Be it through Yoga or meditation.
Nichi’s retreats are a chance to do exactly that, switch off from the rest of the world, fully emerging yourself into rest and relaxation, coupled with the Yang of the Yoga flow”

“I really enjoyed my time working with Nichi. She was a very welcoming and understanding individual who always made me feel comfortable to share anything that was troubling me. Talking to Nichi always made me feel like I had someone who really cared about me as a person and took time to really understand me. I always felt that I had someone in my corner who I could turn to when I needed support. Her warmth and humour allowed me to feel safe and that I could be my full self. I would definitely consider working with her again in the future.”
